A major employer
The Doux Group employs more than 9,700 people on two continents and has production sites in France and Brazil.
With nearly 3,700 employees in France, we are, in the agrifood sector, one of the biggest employers in the Ouest Region, where most of our sites are concentrated. We also contribute to over 20,000 indirect jobs.
In Brazil, the Group is one of the top 10 employers in Rio Grande do Sul State, with more than 6,000 employees. Once again, the Group's business has contributed to the development of numerous jobs through subcontracting.

In April 2009, as part of its commitment to safety, Group Doux signed an agreement with le SDIS the area’s fire and rescue service to make available 4 volunteer fire fighters from the groups sites.
