Looking ahead to 2010, the Doux Group has set itself two major objectives:
- A professional appraisal for all;
- An individual and collective training program in line with management requirements.
Objective 2010: a professional appraisal for all
The professional assessment carried out within the Doux Group makes it possible to take stock of employees' career development and identify their individual skills. It is part of an approach aimed at continuously improving and adapting skills.
Since the professional appraisal must become a genuine management tool, the Group aims to provide mid-level managers with more resources. The aim: to further strengthen their ability to communicate, listen and commit to a mission that must promote responsibility, motivation and skills development.
Objective 2010: an individual and collective training program in line with management requirements
Embodying the company's strategy, managers within the Doux Group are skills developers and resource people for their teams.
One of our main commitments is to clarify the roles, responsibilities and missions of the Group's management and supervision functions. We aim to contribute to the professional development of each one of our managers, which will be achieved by structuring and harmonizing capabilities thanks to an individual and collective training plan.
Profils access
200 staff trained up as part of the “Atout Connaissance” program
In order to drive the development of professional projects for its least qualified staff, the Doux Group has embarked on a training program in the Brittany Region of France for “expertise in professional communications tools”.
