A continous improvement in productivity

The Group has a “continuous improvement” approach in order to develop its productivity, thanks among other things to moves which are underway to standardize best practices within the Group and provide ongoing training for teams on changes.

With EBITDA climbing to an all-time high (137,4 million euros in 2010), Groupe Doux is now reaping the benefits of a courageous policy in terms of industrial choices, cost reductions and productivity improvements, while confirming that its ability to react quickly on the global market represents a major asset in a highly competitive poultry segment.
