Integrated analytical laboratories
The Doux Group has its own laboratories in France and Brazil, and is constantly carrying out chemical and bacteriological analyses in order to control product quality throughout the chain.
In Brazil, the Doux Group is the only food-processing company in Rio Grande do Sul State to have its own laboratory.
In France, our laboratory handles 64,000 samples each year, which represents around 185,000 analyses. Its expertise is recognized by the French national accreditation committee (COFRAC), which regularly assesses the laboratory.
