Optimization of marine transport
All of the Doux Group's poultry exports, from Europe or Brazil to 130 countries around the world, are shipped by sea.
In order to rationalize all of its logistics flows and limit the number of ships, the Group has signed an agreement with the marine transport company MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company) for the transportation of all of its containers worldwide.
MSC, the world’s number one marine container transportation firm, is a partner that is committed to respecting the environment, with numerous actions implemented aiming to not only minimize the impact of transport activities, but also accompany the development of new more environmentally-friendly means of transport.

In April 2009, as part of its commitment to safety, Group Doux signed an agreement with le SDIS the area’s fire and rescue service to make available 4 volunteer fire fighters from the groups sites.
