The Doux Group uses road transport to deliver its products on the various distributor platforms as well as to ship containers to or from commercial ports. We are particularly vigilant in terms of the choice of our provider and we strive to limit logistics flows.

Selecting providers

We work with transport companies that meet the highest safety and environment standards, and more specifically:

• Companies with high-performance and therefore low-polluting equipment, which is compliant with European standard Euro 4;

• Companies with equipment that is optimized in order to limit energy consumption;

• Companies that provide their drivers with regular in-depth training on driving in order to manage fuel consumption better and ensure that the equipment lasts for longer and is more reliable.

Limiting logistics flows

In order to limit the number of trucks on the roads, we are committed to optimizing loads by using the number of containers required, adapting the choice of vehicle to the geographical and climatic conditions, and pooling transport, particularly for poultry feed, with other companies.
