Groupe Doux
Recognized certifications

Most of the Doux Group's production sites are IFS (International Food Standard) certified, which is essential for all commercial relations with members of the French federation of trade and retail firms (Fédération des Entreprises du Commerce et de la Distribution), which includes Auchan, Carrefour, Casino and Géant.
IFS represents a continuous improvement process. The first IFS certifications began in the Doux Group in 2005, and audits are carried out every year.
Other certifications are in place at certain sites, such as EFIS for McDonald’s suppliers and Marks & Spencer Approved certification for sites supplying this UK retailer.
A new international standard - ISO 22 000 – is being rolled out at the Group’s "frozen division” sites, covering food safety and the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). Recommended by the WHO, this internationally recognized standard is perfectly well suited to the “frozen division” sites specializing in export.
