Technological risks
Risk management is inherent to our activity. Training is provided for the staff concerned and detailed crisis procedures are in place for each one of our activities.
On a preventative basis, the existing systems are tested out on all the sites, and exercises are carried out with the external emergency services. Crisis procedures are drawn up and kept up-to-date by the regional fire and emergency operational centres (CODIS), prefectures and all other relevant services in France.

In April 2009, as part of its commitment to safety, Group Doux signed an agreement with le SDIS the area’s fire and rescue service to make available 4 volunteer fire fighters from the groups sites.
