The Doux Group is changing, progressing and moving forward, our site fully reflects this new vision.

It illustrates the determination of the Group’s Management and it’s 12,300 employees, to grow closer every day to the expectations and requirements of all it’s partners, be they consumers, clients, employees, prospective employees, financial partners or suppliers.

Integrating the whole chain. From the egg to the plate, the group markets its products in more than 130 countries on five continents, with a portfolio of leading brands: Pere Dodu (France) Doux and Frangosul (Export), LeBon (Brazil) and AlSabia (Spain).

Today, the Doux Group is engaged in a proactive redeployment, characterized by a reorientation of its global strategic model. Thus, our efforts are directed in three main areas:

  • Management restructuring, which allows us to engage with and consolidate our cultural shift in an industry seeking new sources of growth. This development accompanied by responsible management of social dimensions of our necessary restructuring and is based on the desire to seal a new relationship of trust with all our partner.
  • A redeployment of our marketing and commercial teams, with the establishment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) structure, redirecting our efforts towards the consumer, a radical reorganization of our sales, marketing and R&D teams, refocus on our key markets and the launch of numerous new products.
  • Optimisation of our industrial process, with the establishments of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) system, a corollary of Customer Relationship Management, with the task of adjusting the breeding programme and production volumes according to the sales forecasts and allowing us to coordinate more effectively our industrial operations and our stocks.

Therefore, the Group has at its disposition the many skills necessary to complete its redeployment, a clear vision of its objectives, and the means to bring about its short and medium term goals.
